Declaration
Pursuant to Section 13 of PD 705 (Revised Forestry Code), forest land blocks with an aggregate area of 265 hectares, more or less, under Land Classification Project No. 47-A (Lingayen) and No. 38-A (Binmaley), Province of Pangasinan, are declared as permanent forest, as shown in Map No. LC-3677.
Effectivity
Takes effect upon approval.
