Privacy Notice

EnviSynergy Corporation ("EnviSynergy," "we," "us") is an environmental consulting firm based in Makati City, Philippines. We act as the personal information controller for personal data collected through this website. We process personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

We collect only the personal data you choose to submit through our contact form, contact widget, DENR Policies database registration form, EIA Coverage Screener, or email:

• Name, email address, phone number, and company or organization name
• Details of your project or inquiry included in your message
• When you register to access our DENR Policies database: your full name, company or organization, work email address, the regulation or page you were viewing at registration, the date and time of registration, and a record of your consent
• When you use our EIA Coverage Screener: your full name, contact number, email address, the project information you enter (such as project name, proponent, location and project components), the screening result, the date and time of the screening, and a record of your consent and of your acknowledgment of the screening disclaimer

We do not ask for sensitive personal information through this website. Please do not include it in your message.

This website also uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies and collects usage information such as pages visited, approximate location, device type, and referring website. We use this information in aggregate to understand how the website is used and to improve it. Visitors can block these cookies through their browser settings or by using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

After you register for the DENR Policies database, a small marker is saved in your browser's local storage so that the registration form is not shown to you again. This marker contains no personal data. Clearing your browser data removes it, and the form will then be shown again.

• To respond to your inquiry and prepare proposals or quotations you request
• To communicate with you about an engagement you have entered into with us
• For DENR Policies database registrants: to provide access to the database, and, with your consent, to send you an introduction to EnviSynergy and follow-up communication about our environmental permitting, compliance, and ESG services
• For EIA Coverage Screener users: to email you the screening report, to send a copy to EnviSynergy personnel (rar@envisynergy.com, kug@envisynergy.com, jdp@envisynergy.com and hello@envisynergy.com) so we can respond to follow-up questions, to keep a record of the screening, and, with your consent, to contact you about our environmental permitting, compliance, and ESG services
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations

The legal basis for processing registration and screening data is your consent, given through the checkbox on the registration form or the EIA Coverage Screener. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us at the address in Section 7, or by replying to any email we send you. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for marketing beyond what you have consented to.

Your personal data is accessed only by EnviSynergy personnel who need it to handle your inquiry. It is stored and transmitted through service providers that host this website and our email systems. We disclose personal data to government agencies only where required by law.

We keep personal data only for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes above, or as required by law, and then dispose of it securely. DENR Policies database registration records are retained for two (2) years from the date of registration or of our last communication with you, whichever is later, and are then securely deleted. EIA Coverage Screener records are retained on the same basis, counted from the date of the screening. Records are deleted earlier if you withdraw consent or request erasure. We apply reasonable organizational, physical, and technical measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. Access to registration records is restricted to authorized EnviSynergy administrators.

Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to:

• Be informed of how your personal data is processed
• Access your personal data and request correction of inaccurate data
• Object to processing, and request erasure or blocking where applicable
• Data portability, where applicable
• Claim damages and file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission
