The state-of-the-art facility, which features advanced parcel sorting technology capable of processing 9,000 parcels per hour, cold storage units for temperature-sensitive shipments, and electric ground service equipment aligned with FedEx's sustainability goals, officially opened in October 2021. This strategic investment by FedEx supports e-commerce growth and enhances connectivity for Philippine businesses to over 220 countries and territories.

EnviSynergy serves as the lead consultant for the acquisition of the Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC) for the 49 MW Hydroelectric Power Plant. The hydropower plant is being developed under Hydropower Service Contract (HSC) No. 2019-03-808, established between the Philippine government, through the Department of Energy (DOE), and client. Once operational, the plant will meet the growing power needs of the province and Luzon Island, providing clean, renewable energy and reducing greenhouse gas emissions from conventional power sources.

Operated by Aboitiz Power Renewables, Inc., the plant comprises 10 generating units with a combined design capacity of 442.8 MWe. The first unit began operations in 1979, with subsequent expansions completed by 1996. The facility has played a significant role in the country's renewable energy sector for over four decades. EnviSynergy Corporation, together with Simmons Consult, was engaged to prepare the Environmental Performance Report and Management Plan (EPRMP), documenting the facility's environmental compliance status and outlining strategies for continued sustainable operations.
