ESG Advisory & Due Diligence

Building Sustainable Businesses. Enabling Responsible Investments. Environmental and social management across the full project lifecycle, from pre-investment due diligence through system design, implementation, and audit, aligned with Philippine regulations and international lender standards.

Why ESG Matters

Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) factors have become essential considerations for businesses, investors, and financiers. Philippine regulators now require sustainability reporting under SEC Memorandum Circular No. 16, Series of 2025, which extends ISSB-aligned disclosures (PFRS S1 and S2) to publicly listed companies and large non-listed entities in phases from fiscal year 2026. International lenders require alignment with IFC and ADB standards, and private equity firms increasingly integrate ESG into M&A transactions.

The Risk of Ignoring ESG: Financing delays, lower valuations, regulatory penalties, reputational damage, and operational disruptions from community opposition.

The Opportunity: Access to sustainable finance, premium valuations, improved stakeholder relationships, operational efficiency, and competitive advantage.

Our Approach to Independence

EnviSynergy audits its own implementation work as internal audits on the client's behalf. Where a lender, certification body, or investor requires independent verification, that assessment is performed by a provider with no prior advisory role on the same scope. Independent verification services from EnviSynergy are offered only on engagements where the firm has had no advisory involvement.
