Declaration
Pursuant to Section 13 of PD 705 (Revised Forestry Code), forest land blocks with an aggregate area of 6,130 hectares, more or less, under Land Classification Project No. 24-A of Calintaan, Occidental Mindoro, are declared as permanent forest, as shown in Map No. LC-3665.
Effectivity
Takes effect upon approval.
