Declaration
Pursuant to Section 13 of PD 705 (Revised Forestry Code), forest land blocks with an aggregate area of 9,941.60 hectares, under Land Classification Project Nos. 24 (Damulog) and 11-L (Kibawe), Province of Bukidnon, are declared as permanent forest, as shown in Map No. LC-3675.
Effectivity
Takes effect upon approval.
